Kenya Airways was awarded by IATA as a 2015 Africa Top Performing IATA Authorized Training Center (ATC).

Kenya Airways through the Pride Centre offers training in variety of areas.  The Pride Center offers a range of courses that will prepare every candidate for a career that really takes off. These courses cover both technical and development aspects of one’s career and are open to anyone who is already employed in the Aviation and Hospitality industry, in addition to secondary school and college graduates. Our product offering is divided into two the Pride Star program and Corporate Clients.

Through our partnership with IATA, the IATA Training and Development Fund we have successfully run two Diploma Programs in Revenue Accounting & Airline Management. This programs fully funded by the IATA Training Fund

The Pride Centre was the proud host of the Government Aviation Workshop held on 2^nd February 2015. The event held at the Pride Centre Grounds brought in Government and Aviation Stakeholders in Kenya.

In 2011, the Kenya Airways Pride Centre was certified by IATA as an Approved Training Centre. This certification enabled The Pride Centre to begin offering IATA Travel and Tourism courses. The courses are trained by Kenya Airways Trainers but examined by IATA on a tri-annual schedule globally.
