Passenger Service Agents are usually the first contact for passengers departing in an Airport. The Agents are employed either by an airline , a ground handling agent or an airport management company that provides handling services for airlines operating flights from an airport.

Dispatchers also provide a flight following service and advise pilots if conditions or paths change. They usually work in the operations center of the airline.
